These Terms of Service (\u201cTerms\u201d) apply to all business owners, property sellers, agents, and service providers who wish to list their offerings on our website www.koh-kong.com (\u201cthe Site\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By submitting a listing to our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

General Principles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All listings are free of charge by default. We monetize via optional promotional features, editorial services, and commissions on facilitated bookings and closed deals. Every listing must go through manual review and approval by our editorial team before publication. Users may submit listings without an account, but moderation and communication are handled by our team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We offer the following optional promotional services, billed monthly or by package:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Homepage banners<\/strong>: 2 available slots (top and bottom of the homepage) billed on a time-based basis (weekly\/monthly\/seasonal). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sponsored placements<\/strong>: available across attraction pages and relevant categories. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEditor\u2019s Choice<\/strong>\u201d and \u201cVerified<\/strong>\u201d tags: \u201cVerified<\/strong>\u201d means your business was physically confirmed to exist and match the information provided. \u201cEditor\u2019s Choice<\/strong>\u201d is reserved for listings that offer exceptional quality and service. This tag is never paid for directly and is only offered if our team is invited to review and experiences your service on-site (with expenses covered)<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Videography or editorial visits can be arranged on a paid basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Commission Structure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We may act as a facilitator<\/strong>, intermediary<\/strong>, or lead generator<\/strong> depending on the listing type and agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • No public contact info = inquiries managed by our team; higher commission tier <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Direct contact allowed = subscription or light commission only<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                Each listing can specify the preferred cooperation model and may upgrade\/downgrade service levels at any time, with changes applied to the next billing cycle<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Verification & Co-Brokerage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                Every listing is manually reviewed for accuracy and legality. Ownership and legal authority will be verified for property listings. In case of multiple brokers listing the same property, priority is given to: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  Managing Your Listing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                  Business owners may update listings anytime via their user account or request edits by contacting our team. All edits are subject to manual approval.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    Rights & Responsibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                    Koh Kong Guide<\/strong> reserves the right to edit, refuse, or remove<\/strong> any listing at its discretion, especially if content is misleading, illegal, duplicated, or violates local laws<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    We are not responsible<\/strong> for the accuracy of information submitted by advertisers, except in listings marked \u201cVerified\u201d or \u201cEditor\u2019s Choice.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    We are not liable<\/strong> for any transactions, disputes, or losses resulting from interactions between providers and customers<\/strong>, except where we directly handled payments on behalf of either party. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    If a complaint is filed regarding a listing, we may temporarily suspend the listing while investigating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    Communication & Payment Handling<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                    Messages submitted through listings without public contact details are routed to our editorial team. We may: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
